We offer 3 units for canning
- A stand alone semi auto seamerthat can be used with a beer gun or alternate filling solutions,
- 2 head manual fill and semi auto seamer
- 3 head auto fill and semi auto seamer.
The seamer has been checked by Bev Can and is well within theirseam specifications. Our D.O (dissolved oxygen) pick-up tests are below 20 PPB but we are continually doing more testing to get the pick-up even lower.
We have a few optionsif you want to start out.
One can start with the seamer and use it as a crowler on the bar and fill with a beer gun. This option can do 150 cans per hour and has low D.O. pickup The filling options (250 to 500 cans per hour) can be bought at a laterstage and the two easily clip together.
The units can do slender 300ml and 330ml and standard stubby 330ml, 440ml and 500ml cans without changing the tooling heads and the interchangeable foot parts (at an extra cost) makes it easy to change over between can sizes. The unit can also do 200ml and 300ml slimline however this is a differentset of seam tooling. Everything isfood grade and all produced locally.
